I would like to make a return or exchange. What do I do?
Any greeting cards, card sets or apparel (Excluding custom cards or orders and final sale items) that is unopened or still in its original packaging are eligible for returns/exchange. If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Visa, Mastercard, Discover Cards, American Express, and Paypal
How much does shipping cost?
The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
What is so special about RMC Greeting Cards?
What separates us from our competition is that all of our cards are created by hand. We include love in everything we do or make. From our authentic greeting cards to our extravagant invitations to our stylish apparel, our overall goal is to spread love. Spreading love is a value that was passed down from the original Ruthie Mae, my granny. She gave me an understanding that everyone deserves love and that sometimes it’s good to show it in a way that others can appreciate.
What do I do if I never received my order or my order is defective?

Though we do not have a physical location, we are proudly located in Hampton, Georgia (Just South of Atlanta).
What are the dimensions for a Standard Luxury Greeting Card?
Our Standard Luxury Greeting Cards are 5x7 (4.75x6.75 to be exact).
Can greeting cards be shipped directly to someone else as a gift?
Are envelopes included with the greeting cards?
They most definitely are!
Do you charge extra for customization?
Do you include a receipt with my order?
