If there is something about our products that did not quite meet your standards of creativeness, please let us know so that we can improve. We offer free returns shipping on any item (excluding Final Sale and custom items) that is unworn with the hangtag still intact and/or the item in its original packaging. Please contact us at to approve a return. Only unworn or unopen items will be accepted for free returns/exchange within 30 days of when the item was delivered to you. Please allow for a period of up to 7 days for us to process the refund.

Requiring that most of our products are created by hand with immense detail, returns are not available on custom products such as Custom Greeting Cards, Invitations, or Personalized Card Sets.
